More Teeth!

The new things are starting to steam roll for our little boy. The tooth count is up to 6, the last 4 all coming at the same time! He's eager to crawl and has just started putting one hand in front of the other, kinda.
He's also finally enjoying food, although I think he's got a gourmet palate! He absolutely refuses baby cereal of every kind and hasn't been interested in the jarred baby food I've attempted. The only thing he's really liked is MumMums and whole pieces of fruit to gnaw on. Then Monday night I offered him a tiny piece of pasta with Alfredo sauce on it and he loved it! (Can you blame him?) So he ate the rest of my dinner :-) He's also a fan of squash which is great because we have tons from the garden!
By far his favorite pastime is chasing his sisters down in his rolly seat, I've got to get a video of that. Overall, he's fabulous little boy!

Overheard this morning

N "Mommy, who is Mr. & Mrs. Garcia?"
T "You know who they are!"
N "Yah, that's Ellyce and Vidal!"
T "Yep, and you know what? They're going to have a baby pretty soon."
N "Is God blessing them with a baby?"
T "Yes he is."

And we can't wait to meet our new cousin!

She's better than me

I'm sure it not the first or last time I'll say this.
Naomi captured some great images of Luke & Ava.
I'm going to have to hand her the camera more often!

We Heart Company

Last weekend we had the pleasure of hosting the MacAdam Family... I think Josh and the girls spent at least 10 hours in the kiddie pool... Leah joined them for a while too! I totally forgot to get the camera out. Grrr!
MacAdams you have to come back so I can take pictures!
Its a tradition. Here's 2005 and 2006 and 2008. I have no idea what happened in 2007!

This weekend we hosted our friends Glen, Annette & Joel, plus Ginger & Cinnamon. The guys had a great time gold panning and dredging. We all went sleding at Bunny Flat on Mt. Shasta and the Rowe Family met up with us. Yes, snow sledding at the end of May in 8o degree weather. Check out YouTube for the videos. It was great!
